AERIAL STRETCH CLASS
This is a type of class that combines traditional stretching, Eutony of Gerda Alexander control positions with the physical training of an Aerial Acrobat. With the weight of the body supported, students learn how to achieve proper postural alignment through relaxation rather than effort, enhancing a relaxed and peaceful state of mind as well. The classes are in small number so every student has special attention and feedback.
ACROBALANCE STRETCH CLASS
Acrobalance is a partner or group acrobatics and the practice is done to stretch and strength both-flyer and base with acrobatics postures, breathings and asanas(yoga postures) and other stretches using the spotting of each other to help to understand their proprioception and body alignments.
BOOT CAMP CIRCUS CLASS
A Boot camp Circus Class is type of group exercise class that mixes traditional callisthenic, body weight exercises and Circus Skills with interval training and strength training. The classes are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they’d push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp.
